Fine rococo shape body, applied with flowers, branches and foliage.
Round brass clock face with enamel plaques with blue roman numbers and Louis XV clock hand.
On the top a vase with flowers. To the left a putto symbolizing the spring with flower garland. To the right a putto symbolizing the summer with ear of corn and sickle.
Below to the left a putto symbolizing the autumn, with grapes and wine goblet. Below to the right a putto symbolizing the winter holding a fire pot.
Below the clock face a cartouche decorated with a fine “Watteau” scene.
Polychrome decoration with gold.
