Important Large Meissen Vase with Cover
Body of inverted pear from over a round foot. Both sides decorated with rich and very fine polychrome flower-bouquets, framed by light green and gilt-edged scrolls, applied by two branch-from handles, encrusted with very fine flowers, leaves, fruits insects and putto. Large cover overall encrusted with flowers and leaves and butterflies.
The foot with a garland maiden holding a basket with flowers.
Very fine polychrome decoration with gold.
